A Jamaican series would be fantastic -- going through all the shades of Reggae, Ska, Rocksteady and everything before? Apart from that, I don't seem to be able to get enough Highlife.
Yours is simply the best music collection I have ever heard. Thank you thank you thank you.
your collection is fantastic please keep it up. I would like to see Some Rumba, more Afro-Beat, kompa, soul music, classical indian, music from dominican republic and prehaps some folk songs from africa and the african diaspora of the americas, as well the Caribbean.
Great Work! I've been enjoying very much so just go on. Kompa today was great, so more of this, please! Another "Vive l'Afrijazz" would be fun too. What about Music from Northern Africa? Do you know music from the European Alps? Turkey?
Again: thanks a lot!

Bravo. I like the Morning Calypso collections. Perfect for, well, the grey mornings when I arrive into work. Also +1 for N African music, Ali Farka-stylee.

fantastic site! amazing to have found the song Djalenga! we named our daughter after recording that same track 24 yrs ago! i thought it was lost forever!!!!! do you have anything from fan fan moses? itwould be great to have some raii, algerian and north african fusion
Spectacular site and music - can't tahnk you enough. Two requests/ideas: rough time/track listings for each mix, so we can more easily ID a particular song or artist we are listening to, and even better would be web links from particular artists and tracks to any sites where more info or full albums are available (which might also offer opportunity for referral fees to you to help support your wonderful, wonderful offerings...
Only recently discovered your wonderful blog so I've got a lot of catching up to do.
I'm a big fan of S. E. Rogie, and I'm fascinated by all those unfamiliar (to me) titles and 'unknown grooves' in your earlier mixes. A focused post on this wonderful artist would be amazing. Thanks.
